1.1 Remove the top of the eggshell using a knife tip.
1.2 Empty the raw egg from the shell.
1.3 Wash the eggshells with water.
1.4 Let them dry.
1.5 Expand the hole of the eggshells.
Step 2: Carve dandelion
2.1 Cut the yellow soap into round slices. 1.5 cm (5/8") thick, 3.5 cm (1-1/2") in diameter.
2.2 Trim the soap to create the bottom of the dandelion.
2.3 Mark the center.
2.4 Remove the soap to make an inverted cone shaped hole.
2.5 Carve some petals of the first layer with a tool with small U carving gouge.
2.6 Smooth the soap around the petals to carve petals of the second layer.
2.7 Carve petals of the second layer with the U-gouge.
2.8 Smooth the soap around the second layer.
2.9 Make next two layers repeating two previous steps.
2.10 Cut off the soap around the edge so that the petals of the fifth layer curve downward.
2.11 Remove the excess soap at the bottom.
2.12 Trim the excess soap around the edge leaving the same gap from the fourth layer.
2.13 Cut around the edge to creare the petals of the fifth layer.
2.14 Poke a hole in the bottom center of the flower. Make two dandelions.
Step 3: Carve dandelion leaves
3.1 Cut the green soap into a small piece, then make sure it fits in your eggshell.
3.2 Cut the rest of soap into 6 mm (1/4") thick slices.
3.3 Then trim the soap piece into a dandelion leaf shape.
3.4 Slice off the tip of the leaf.
3.5 Carve a midrib.
3.6 Make V shaped cuts on the sides.
3.7 Repeat steps 3.1-3.5 for next two leaves.
Step 4: Carve dandelion puff ball
4.1 Cut the transparent or white soap into a round shape.
4.2 Prick the soap all around with an awl.
4.3 Poke a big hole.
Step 5: Make the eggshell dandelion pot
5.1 Color six cotton swabs with a green marker.
5.2 Cut three cotton swabs/buds to 5 cm (2") length and the other ones to 2 cm (3/4") length.
5.3 Bend 5 cm (2") cotton swab/bud.
5.4 Attach the stems to the flowers and puff balls with glue.
5.5 Bend 2 cm (3/4") cotton swab/bud.
5.6 Cut off the end of leaf.
5.7 Poke a hole.
5.8 Attach to the leaf.
5.9 Poke holes to soap base for dandelions.
5.10 Push the stems into the piece of soap.
5.11 Done!
